About Catio Company

We started Catio Company for a simple reason. Cats love being outside, and the outside is not kind to cats. Roads, dogs, other cats and the wildlife they hunt all make free roaming a gamble. A catio takes the gamble out of it. Your cat gets sun, fresh air and something to watch, and you know exactly where they are.

Why we only sell catios

A good enclosure does a few things well. It is big enough for the cat to move, climb and rest. It is built from mesh and framing that a determined cat cannot push through. It goes together without a tradesperson. And it comes apart again when you move house.

We sell walk-in catios, modular enclosures, window catios and the tunnels that join them up, plus shelves and hammocks that make an enclosure a place a cat actually wants to be. Each product page states its own assembled size, materials and fixing method so you can compare like with like.

A tight range, chosen carefully

We do not list dozens of near-identical enclosures. We pick a small number of catios that cover the usual situations: a courtyard or balcony, a backyard with room for a walk-in run, and an apartment window. If a measurement you need is not on the page, ask us before you order and we will check it.

How we ship

Catios ship flat-packed with a tracked courier, and delivery is free on orders of $150 or more (a flat $15 applies under $150). Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 working days of dispatch, a little longer to regional areas.

Not sure which size suits your space? Email us before you order at theteam@catiocompany.com.au and a real person will help, usually within one working day.

We run country stores in several markets selling the same range. If you are shopping from outside Australia, start at our company hub, catio.company.
